Spider Gecko Enclosure

Another angle on this same basic set-up for spider geckos. Note that there is very little sand. Spider geckos really do not require much sand until they are laying eggs. Even then, a substrate depth of 3-4 inches is more than sufficient.
Spider geckos seem more vertically oriented. Don't let those skinny little legs fool you, these geckos are very good jumpers and climbers. Creating such rock piles increases the use of the available square space, while still leaving plenty of room to move around. This method also creates more thermoregulatory options for the geckos.
