Much of reptile husbandry is not a proven science at this
point. There is still a lot to be studied and learned. These care sheets
are written from years of both research and experience in keeping and
breeding reptiles. Our care sheets describe the care that we have found
works best for us. There are numerous care sheets available on the
Internet, many with differing or even contradictory opinions on care. We
suggest that you research as much as possible, consider your sources,
and find what works best for you and your animals.
We acknowledge
that many of these care sheets are quite basic and that we do not have a
care sheet for many of the species we are working with. Having said
that, look for more care-sheets on more species and more detailed
care-sheets in the near
future.
